To run without a vision is to set out for destruction. Moses was careful to relay every detail from God to the Israelites before their departure from Egypt. You can imagine if he had no clue on what to do, leading over 2 million people in the wilderness would have been a disaster.
Ability to effectively communicate a set vision to your team shows how effective you are as a leader. Every organization runs with a vision and it is very important to inculcate and decode these visions into daily, weekly monthly and yearly task of your team members. What vision have you received from God to run with? Are you running with it?
God’s main purpose for the release of the Israelites was to serve him and not to be living a care free life or just wonder aimlessly. Ultimately, every organization is meant to glorify God, either with their skills or gifts. It is when we carry out God’s purpose that money will be introduced eventually into the assignment. These days, a lot of organizations have forgotten the essence of their existence, “the God factor” in the whole scheme of things. They now run on “money factor”, throwing caution into the wind not minding the havoc it will bring to the team members both internally or externally.
Some tend to have their goal post shifted in the middle of the game not sticking to the initial agreement laid down, while some will short pay you for your services, others have no adequate benefits for their team and the list goes on and on.
As an organization, are you aligned with God’s vision? Visions are essentially meant to give direction and PURPOSE. Are you aligned with your organizational purpose? They are meant to identify the challenges ahead and proffer the necessary solutions. Visions also act as a check on any organizational misalignment. It’s never too late to make adjustments and realign or reroute accordingly, if you’re misaligned.
Without a clear vision, it is difficult for team members or employees to see the result coming. Where there’s vision, there’s Power 💪.
Action Point:
1) As an Organization, engage in internal and external trainings for staff as often as possible.
2) As a team-member, continuous learning in line with the vision of the organization you function in, which ultimately aligns with your personal vision.
3) As an individual functioning outside an organization, ask God for a yearly, monthly and weekly vision; run with them and you’ll see progress in your life.

A SIGN – PART 3
In today’s world, relationships vary from shepard and sheep in terms of ministry, government and citizenry with regards to a nation, team-lead and team-player in an organization or a family. We all interchangeably play in at least 2 or more of these roles. And in our roles, we all must have no doubt experienced the move of God or as the Egyptian magicians called it the ‘Finger of God ‘ one way or the other.
You see when God moves, it is explicit. His move nullifies doubt, establishes deep security and brings absolute peace. His move is the ultimate differentiator as seen in Exodus 8 vs 23 which says, I will make a difference between my people and your people….wow glory to God!!!!. God’s sign didn’t just occur once, but at several times displaying His power. Rather than asking for a sign before you believe, allow God Himself be the initiator of the sign by announcing your family, organization, nation or ministry as His own.
When God decides to show up with a sign, you don’t need any advertisement, He’ll publicly announce you and it’ll be clear to everyone that He is at work. His sign ALWAYS comes in grand style, it can’t be controlled, contended with, stolen or covered up. It is beyond any human understanding or reasoning.
Ultimately, our faith cannot be conditional. Sometimes we receive immediate confirmation, sometimes we experience seasons of silence, and sometimes counterfeits try to mimic the real thing. But the presence or absence of a sign never changes who God is. He remains the author and finisher of every season.Instead of trying to force the outcome, step back and let Him take the stage on His timeline. Trust the process—His arrivals are always worth the wait.
Action Point : Do not let a season of silence stall your vision. Keep serving, leading, learning and building with excellence right where you are. Trust that whether a sign is visible today or not, the Author of your season is still in complete control.

A SIGN -PART 2
Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. (Exodus 7:11 KJV).
When Pharaoh wanted answers, he brought in his own illusionists and they were perfect with copying the real miracle. When taking decisions at any level (either personal, corporate or group) do not fall for a sign just because it’s flashy, as we might be taking a package full of deception, as a sign from God.
The enemy doesn’t appear scary, he rather comes in spiritual, good and attractive disguising itself as Truth in order to mislead and ultimately destroy Man. In 2 Corinthians 11:14-15 TPT
((14) That doesn’t surprise us, for even Satan transforms himself to appear as an angel of light! [15] So it’s no wonder his servants also go about pretending to be ministers of righteousness. But in the end they will be exposed and get exactly what they deserve.) we see that satan along with his ministers mimic God.
Developing a sharp sense of spiritual discernment is non-negotiable for our growth, especially when our choices impact our family, friends, or team. Proverbs 4 vs 7(paraphrased ) says ……..and with all you have gotten get understanding – discernment, comprehension and interpretation.
In a world where culture is presently obsessed with seeking quick fixes for spouses, children, money, fame, promotion and all what have you, to lack discernment especially when seeking for a sign or when making decisions can lead one on a trip to destruction. However, no matter how satan’s deception plays out, there’s always a limit to his authority as Jesus Christ has already made a public show of him and nipped him in the bud, paving the way for believers to exercise their authority over him.
Discernment comes with the Peace of God which passes all human understanding. It will always reveal the Truth. I’ve also come to realize that nothing Satan gives comes with PEACE. Yes, you read it right!……none comes with PEACE! Referencing the scripture above, you’ll recall how desperate the enemy is, in him wanting to be like God. Which was what got him flung out of the presence of God in the first place. The end truly justifies the means. 2 Corinthians 11 vs 15 says -‘But in the end they will be exposed and get exactly what they deserve ‘.
In conclusion, we shouldn’t be blinded by signs or open doors that lack substance. Rather, we should be weary of the sign we seek for and in finding that sign, we should walk through it with discernment.
Action Point –
1) Seek for peace in that Sign.
Prayer:
Father, give me the spirit of discernment to differentiate what is good from bad, to recognize your peace in it and act accordingly in Jesus name. (Amen)

LEADERSHIP STRATEGY
Leadership comes with disappointment in various categories – ranging from low, medium and high. However, we must not allow it to drive us away from the goal of the assignment, instead, we must consider why we are sent or why we are assigned the role.
As a leader, be it in ministry, corporate organisation or family, we are sometimes led by God to embark on journeys that questions what we really heard. I’ve found myself in various circumstances where I’ve had to ask myself – who send me? (Meaning, how did I get here?) Am I sure I truly heard God speak? When in this dilemma, the best option is to go back to the source to re-strategize.
Take note that before any major assignment is given, there must have been a ‘micro version’ of that assignment. How well you complete the micro version will determine your next level as well as prepare you for the ‘macro version’.
Moses didn’t know that he was being prepared to lead a Nation when he left the comfort of the palace to sleep in tents in an open field. For some would have been praying against retrogression or thought God wasn’t been fair with them or that the enemy is at work.
People’s expectations of leaders in ministry are high, hence they expect them to be without blemish forgetting they are human and no human is PERFECT. I’ll say leadership is truly a thankless job, because no one can really satisfy Man. Simultaneously, leaders in government, families or corporate world also face warfare every single day as they are set as prime targets to slow down progress in homes, the economy and nations at large.
An example is in Exodus 5 vs 21, one would have expected the Israelites to be at least lenient with Moses, despite showing them signs and also working to their advantage. Instead, they were quick to laying a judgement of God on him, because of some little difficulties and obstacles they experienced. Forgetting that there’s no easy way to archiving victory and that the enemy in form of systems and structures, organizational/economic policies or constitutional rights when faced with changes will form a strong RESISTANCE and won’t want to let go.
When faced with any form of criticism or disruption as a leader, we must not loose focus. With determination and perseverance (which are part of the traits of a leader) in our assignment (either as the head of the family, organization or nation) and the ability to revisit the ‘Sender’ to re-strategize, we will excel. A lot of times, we are stuck because we refuse to go back to the drawing board for clarity, only when we learn to do that will we prevail.
Action Point –
Revisit the ‘Sender’ to re-strategize on your plans when you hit a road block.
Prayer
Father, give me wisdom to lead my team/family/citizens aright in Jesus name. (Amen)

A SIGN
Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have Believed. These were the words of Jesus to Thomas in John 20 vs 27. While on the contrary, God purposely performed a “sign” for the Israelites to believe because He knew they won’t believe except they saw a sign.
Let’s be real: we all get into that headspace where we’re asking God for a sign, totally forgetting all the times He’s already come through. I’ll be correct to say sometimes our “faith” is just for show, deep down we’re low-key doubting and waiting for a signal.
A few days ago, I had a very important meeting and to be honest this was a meeting I’d been expecting a positive response on. I knew God had my back, but the intrusive thoughts won’t leave my mind – they were hitting hard. Yes, at the edge of you leveling up, the enemy wages war in the mind steering up doubt, anxiety, stress etc. Well, he whispered ‘why don’t you ask for a sign’ and I responded with the Word of God by speaking life to the situation and started vibing to thanksgiving songs, which soothed me and quenched the anxiety within.
I knew asking for a sign meant disbelief and it was also a way of me telling God I wasn’t sure if He could sort me out – the Word was enough for me. Not that asking for a sign is all that bad, absolutely not, but I see it as me telling God, your little girl is growing and maturing. Together, we can hold on to your Word alone, plus, this comes with a blessing (blessed be those who have not seen yet have believed). The meeting exceeded my expectations, it was successful. God really moved (Alleluia 🙌)
There are other times, the pressure for a sign hits hardest in the area of healing or breakthrough. However it may be, holding on to your faith and His Word without giving in, is really the key. Even Jesus longed for the voice of the Father whilst he was on the cross and when he didn’t get it, he didn’t back out.
Whether God responds with a sign or not, it doesn’t make Him less of who He is …..GOD!. So, you don’t have to wait for a sign before you believe, Just Believe and take that step!
Action Point
1) Start believing and take that step with or without a sign.
Prayer:
Father, I choose to believe your promise(s) with or without a sign in Jesus name.

SYSTEM OVERRIDE
As Children of Light or Ambassadors of Christ (John 1 vs 9) (Isaiah 49 vs 6) when you find yourself in a system that feels like it’s practically designed to watch you fail, be it the crushing weight of inflation, toxic corporate policies, or personal drama that just won’t quit. Then know there’s a “common” enemy (Satan) at work trying to block your progress. He doesn’t just attack for no reason; he targets you and I because of our potential growth, influence, and impact.
He uses the things we deal with every day—broken laws, unfair bosses, and exhausting demands—to try and drain our light.Looking at Moses, he was born into a legal system that literally called for his execution. Pharaoh thought he had the final say. But here’s the plot twist: God wasn’t silent; He’s strategic, He didn’t just save Moses; He used the system to protect him. He moved the heart of Pharaoh’s own daughter to show mercy, using the enemy’s palace to provide Moses with a royal education and safety.
If you’re feeling stuck between rising taxes, debt, or a “lonely” path in your career or relationships, remember this: God isn’t idle. The same systems that feel like they’re closing in on you are still under His authority. He knew your name (Jeremiah 1 vs 5) before you even had a social media handle. He’s the CEO of the universe, and the weight of every government rests on His shoulders (Isaiah 9 vs 6). So, It’s time to change your strategy to the following
1) Log In and Apply: Stop carrying the burnout burden. Call on the ultimate CEO of the Universe (Matthew 11 vs 28-30) (Mark 11 vs 24) , and trade your heavy load for His peace.
2) The Praise Hack: Use your worship (Psalm 69 vs 30-31),as a “sacrifice.” Singing praises isn’t just a ritual; it’s an offering that shifts the atmosphere of your situation.
3) Vibe Check: Stand your ground as an “Ambassador of Light.” Exercise your authority and pray for those in power(1 Timothy 2 vs 1-4).The system might be rigged, but God is the one who wrote the code. Watch Him move on your behalf.
ACTION POINT
1) Thank God for extending His light to you.
2) Get scriptures on knowing your authority in Christ.
3) Meditate on these scriptures and confess them. (For this allows you to know who you are in Christ).
4) Speak over that situation that has been oppressing you and command it to cease operating over your life in the name of Jesus.
5) Believe, trust God and wait for the manifestation.
SALVATION PRAYER
And if you are not yet a kingdom Ambassador, please say the following prayers before the action point: –
Heavenly Father, I come to You in Jesus’ name. Your Word says whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. I call on You Jesus and I confess You as my Lord and Savior. I ask for forgiveness of all my sins. I believe God raised You from the dead to pay for my sins. Thank You for saving me. I’m Yours now. In Jesus’ name, amen.

SHEPARD AND SHEEPFLOCK
Dear reader, if you have been following diligently from the previous write ups or months, you’ll notice the different “characters” that we’ve been studying and how they navigated complex issues surrounding their life’s and the life’s of others in restoring Hope, Faith, Life, Health, Possessions and so on.
In the preceding weeks, we’ll be delving into how God through Moses REBUILT and RESTORED the children of Israel’s FAITH LIFE back to Him and while in the process, had his own life transformed also. In comparison with this present day, both parties represents the children of light or ambassadors of Christ, or the salt of the earth as described by Jesus Christ. In one hand, Moses was seen as a SHEPHERD, while ‘the children of Israel’ were the SHEEP FLOCK.
Whichever one we fit into there’s always something to pick/learn from these two major characters in the field of play.
Jesus is the good Shepherd (John 10:14) and in him only can we navigate through life, build our faith, get healing, find peace, walk in love and truth, find purpose, make/create impact, overcome the schemes of the world and the list is endless. We Learn, Unlearn and Relearn until we mirror Christ in our character.

THE FINAL SAY
God is seen as the ultimate authority who gives the final divine judgement to the human race and their circumstances.
In His final judgement in the last books of Job, God showcases His faithfulness and majesty in creation from nature to animals to mankind and ultimately His power over 2 uncontrollable chaotic forces, which only He, has control over. Depicting His authority and power over all things in heaven and on earth.
The world is heavy and ‘burnout’ is real, but with patience and comfort from the Holy Spirit, our hope will surely be restored. Jesus isn’t asking that you hustle your way to peace, for he literally said “In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world” (John 16 vs 33). Psalms 94 vs 12 and Proverb 29 vs 15 (paraphrased) further says discipline, correction and teaching are pathways to God’s wisdom and blessings to believers.
God ultimately displays His wisdom and blessings to Job by
1) making him pray for his friends( this is still showing off Job as His favorite)
2) Showing him mercy through healing
3) Doubling all his possessions
4) Honoring him before family and friends
5) Having his family rebuilt again
6) Giving him long life .
Are you childless, have you lost a job an opportunity or a loved one, a business deal or failed an exam either in academics or career, or are you are dealing with depression, or struggling with an addiction, whatever it is that you might be struggling with, don’t loose heart! God doesn’t fix things, He brings RESTORATION. He has a way of balancing grief and repairing the damage.
RESTORATION is the final word.
Before you decide that God has abandoned you or the chat, ask Him to show you the “behind-the-scenes” of your situation. It’s the ultimate hack for not misjudging the process while you’re still in the middle of it. This is called prayer of inquiry and I can assure you that If you’re real with Him, He’ll be real with you, that is, if you approach Him in all sincerity, He will lead you.
Action Point:
Here’s How To Navigate The Crisis.
1) Instead of venting, try a prayer of inquiry. (God, what am I not seeing about this situation?” Then, listen.)
2) Don’t try to fix it in your own strength, lean on the peace Christ has already won for you (pray with and meditate on John 16 vs 33)
3) Have faith and keep your hope alive – expect restoration.

THE SOURCE OF TRUE WISDOM
Job takes a detour in his conversation after several intense arguments with his friends regarding his suffering. In chapter 28 ,we see him taking a shift to a calm, reflective statement, focusing on the nature of wisdom instead of the accusations from his friends as indicated in the previous chapters. To say he has reached his wit end isn’t far fetched; for when we find ourselves in such circumstances shifting our attention to God is the best way to go.
Job further illustrates that while Man can find treasures (gold, silver, iron etc) in mines here on earth, wisdom and understanding cannot be found in the land of the living as treasures. He added that neither gold nor crystal can equate Wisdom. Leading us to the following rhetorical questions – Have you been searching for wisdom? Where have you been sorting your advice/wisdom from? In our search for wisdom, are you searching for earthly or Godly wisdom?
True wisdom is found ONLY in God, He alone understands and knows where it resides. To have reverential fear of the Lord is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding. Prov 4 vs 5-9 )KJVAE)
([5] Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. [6] Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. [7] Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. [8] Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honor, when thou dost embrace her. [9] She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.) commands that when we get wisdom and understanding,, we should love, embrace, exalt and not forsake her, for then she’ll preserve, promote, honor and keep us for she is the principal thing to seek. Prov 22 vs 18 AMPC(paraphrased) further adds that it’s a pleasant thing to keep them (wisdom and understanding) and believe them, for then our lips will be accustomed to confessing them.
In conclusion, wisdom is needed in every area of our life’s as the Word of God says it’s the “principal thing” needed to navigate life effectively. Do you want to excel in life? Seek and Keep WISDOM!
Action Point:-
Prayer:- Heavenly Father, I ask for Your wisdom to make the right decision always (or mention that particular issue you need the wisdom of God in ) . I also ask for a deeper understanding of Your will, please clear my confusion, guide my steps, and help me walk in Your truth always in Jesus name Amen.
And if you have not yet established a relationship with Jesus, here is a good time to get that done with this prayer :
Heavenly Father, I come to You in Jesus’ name. Your Word says whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. I call on You, Jesus. I confess You as my Lord. I believe God raised You from the dead to pay for my sins. Thank You for saving me. I’m Yours now. In Jesus’ name, amen.

RESTORATION OF HOPE
Loss of hope can cause a great trouble or terror within one’s life or space. Job 12:14 ESV If he tears down, none can rebuild; if he shuts a man in, none can open.
No one except God can REBUILD anyone, system or structure. Hope can be divided into many sections, but for the benefit of this write up, we’ll narrow it down to 2 sections. Godly Hope and Worldly Hope, a wise man will choose the former as the latter is a product of creation and not the creator.
Looking at the latter, it is defined as the act of having one’s desires anchored on human efforts, temporary or uncertain earthly circumstances, psychological or philosophical rather than in God.
Over the years, I’ve seen many prominent people announce there return to stardom/wealth and at the point of their return, they either pass away or the return doesn’t just occur at all. The absence of God in our plans and dependence on human efforts and systems is like taking a road trip to disaster. Worldly hope often leaves people disappointed or in an uncertainty state. Scriptures emphasizes (Ephesians 2 vs 12) that living without Christ is to be “without hope” and without God, meaning hope separated from God is transient and ultimately unfulfilling.
In contrast, Hope anchored on God’s promises, CAN NOT be DEFAULTED (as it ALWAYS YIELDS RESTORATION) as highlighted in Job 14:7-9 ESV
(“For there is hope for a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that its shoots will not cease. [8] Though its root grow old in the earth, and its stump die in the soil, [9] yet at the scent of water it will bud and put out branches like a young plant) and
1 Corinthians 15:3-4 ESV
(3) For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, [4] that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures)
We can see that even in the absence of life (both for a tree and man), God still has the ultimate power to restore life, how much more a system or structure. There are many areas where we are desirous of a change either in our career, family, business, spirituality, finance, character, relationship, systems and structures etc, whatever category we fall in, anchoring our hope in God through Christ is the only assured way (John 14 vs 6). The time frame for manifestation varies for different people or circumstances, however, being resilient and persistent in Christ ultimately yields our desired result.
Action Point: Heavenly Father, I ask that you help me to anchor my hope in you and not in the world system. I also ask for strength to grow in my hope in you and never give up in Jesus name. (Amen 🙏).
If you have not yet invited Jesus into your life, here is a good time to get that done with this prayer :
Heavenly Father, I come to You in Jesus’ name. Your Word says whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. I call on You, Jesus. I confess You as my Lord. I believe God raised You from the dead to pay for my sins. Thank You for saving me. I’m Yours now. In Jesus’ name, amen.
